The Energy Exchange: London is constant flow of energy.  From the dynamic movement of the people, the soundscape of the city, and the conversations shared between communities. It’s all a process of energy release and energy gain—and it’s non-stop. For NWF, we surrounded young Londoners with a whole new feeling of what wellbeing can be by creating a dynamic experience that facilitates true energy exchange between the individual, the collective, and their surroundings.

In this space, “wellness” isn’t defined by Nike—every individual brought their unique perspective to what holistic fitness can feel like. It’s unpredictable, immersive, ever-changing, freeing, and fun.
